Introduction	I tend to see myself as a friendly person with a good sense of humour, open minded on many issues and also family oriented. Among other passions, cooking and baking is one. Cooking requires a lot of patience and practise and I have come a long way from a bungling person in a kitchen to a perfect cook. I am sincerely grateful for all those who truly appreciate my cooking and it is with the encouragement of these people who are close to me, that I won contests and much more. It is with the support of these same people that I even thought of initiating this blog. I find it very educational to meet people from various cultures and learn about different lifestyles based on their dogma. Sometimes I can get very philosophical, and also sometimes considered to be an eccentric and a sceptic person by many who know me well. I also believe, that the Truth is many times stranger than Fiction!
