Introduction	I am a thirty year-old, mother of two, PhD graduate student interested in the topic of food, eating habits, and health. In the spectrum of health, I probably fall somewhere in the middle, exhibiting a conscious effort to eat and be healthy but not in any extreme. I eat food that is good for me and I also eat junk food. And yes, on occasion I will even take the elevator instead of the stairs.

The squish of mud between your toes; how would you live your life as a frog?

I have a pet-peeve of dried mud on my skin. I really, really don't like that feeling, so I'd be screwed as a frog.
