Introduction | Hello! I'm Jessie, and I am a stay-at-home-mom/artist. I am married to a wonderful man named Doug and in July of 2007 we were blessed with beautiful twin girls, Kyla and Vada. Before all this I was a professional Costume Designer. I gave that up to be home with our girls. Thank you for stopping by, have a lovely visit! |
Interests | everything artistic, movies, cooking, jewelry making, reading, sewing, crochet, knitting, decorating, home improvement, painting, classic rock |
Favorite Movies | The Princess Bride, Labyrinth, The Dark Crystal and other such fantasy movies, Clue, Vampire movies, Great action movies (Die Hard), Great silly movies (Ghostbusters) |
Favorite Music | Classic rock - my parents were Hippies when I was growing up, now they work for the government. Also Nickleback, Evanesance, The Beatles (I know they fall into classic rock, but they really need to be mentioned on their own!), just a bit of everything, but not much rap. |
Favorite Books | A Night Without Stars - it's about a 4th or 5th grade reading level, I think I first read it when I was 8, but it's a great book with a great message! It’s by James Howe (The guy who wrote Bunnicula, the vampire bunny book), Dean Kontz books, Shel Silverstien books, The Stand, Harry Potter, and all the rest of ‘em! |
