Introduction	First, i am a committed follower of Jesus Christ. For nearly 10 years I have been the wife to a man who loves and supports me in a way that often baffles me. Together we are parents to a beautiful 3-year-old daughter with whom I have the privelage of staying home. Formerly, I was a special education teacher @ the middle school level. I am moderately physically disabled from a stroke I survived in August of 2008. I believe I have been called to share my spiritual story with others, and I hope to use this blog as a means to be faithful to that calling.

When you open your eyes underwater, do you ever worry that you'll drown?

NO...I begin worrying about that as soon as I get in...don't swim...can't open my eyes under because I wear contacts out of neccessity.
