| Introduction | China Chris. I have a family of five, all adults now. I went to China to teach ESL English for one year and stayed for four. I lived and worked in four cities, sometimes with others and often on my own. I have had extensive experience in dealing with Chinese people, students, landlords, other teachers etc. China is the most wonderful place. Fascinating in the extreme. I have a good knowledge of the major pitfalls and the terrific experiences to be had when living and working in China. I hope my experience will be of benefit to you. This blog is intended to be useful if you are thinking of going to China to teach.
