Introduction	M B Drennan is a lifelong teacher with experience in the UK and abroad, in state and private sectors, has worked from infant through to university levels and held roles in teaching and related roles in industry variously from trainee through to SLT, and as an external consultant. He's been funded by the TDA, the Arts Council, the National Lottery and private charities, and taught nearly a dozen secondary subjects. Clearly nobody wanted him for very long in any role at all. He's now fled the continent for abroad, at first the Gulf and then the Far East. Non-selective, he adds swiftly. He also hastens to add that he has an excellent track record both in terms of results and in the eyes of former pupils, lest anyone should think him totally unwanted. He fervently hopes you enjoy his articles and apologises for their appalling lack of regularity, which can be graphed inversely to his proximity to nervous breakdown through any given term.
