IntroductionI love to work with stressed out, time poor, cash poor business owners! Over the last 10 years I've worked with 100's of businesses and the most common gripe has been lack of time and/or money! I'm a great stategist and I love taking apart people's businesses and then working with them to build them back up so they achieve their business goals and desires in life. It's such a fulfilling business to be in! My background is 10 years in banking and then 5 years working as a BNI Director, setting up and supporting over 40 Chapters. I then successfully set up a health and well being consultancy before I moved onto setting up Women in Business Network where I later took my share of the business to work with Jacqueline Rogers to create The Athena Network which has been successfully franchised both nationally and internationally. Now I focus entirely on helping others to gain or create cash rich, time rich businesses whilst only working school hours!
InterestsSpending time with my husband and two gorgeous daughters, reading personal and business development books as well as switching off with crime fiction! I love to cook and entertain friends and family, walking or cycling in our local nature reserve really helps me to switch off, I like to monitor current affairs and I'm a regular listener to BBC Radio Five Live, I also like to enjoy our heritage and am a proud member of the National Trust.
Favorite moviesAll the Ealing Comedy films, Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, James Bond, The Bourne series, Withnail and I, The Incredibles, all the Shrek movies
Favorite musicAs with most people my age I have the usual eclectic mix ranging from classical for when I am working from home to Nirvana, The Smiths, Amy Winehouse, U2 to Frank Sinatra, Billie Holiday and Nina Simone. My most recent purchase is Fleet Foxes. When it comes to radio, I flick from Xfm to Radio 2, Radio Five Live to Classic FM.
Favorite booksI'm a huge Agatha Christie fan! In fact I read my very first book (in a whole Sunday!) when I was just 9 years old - 4.50 From Paddington! I love reading and always have a business book on the go as well as a crime novel to relax with. I love Ian Rankin, Peter Robinson and I've just discovered Simon Kernick.
