About me

Introduction	This will be my sixth year teaching at Fall City Elementary School and I am so excited and blessed to work in such a wonderful community again. I graduated from Washington State University (GO COUGS) and continued on to teach Pre-K through 2nd grade at a local private school for two years. In the fall of 2005, not only did I start my first year at FCES, I also began my Professional Certification and Master’s Degree, with an emphasis on Technology in the Classroom, at City University. I completed this degree June 2007 and I am very thrilled to be able to use my new found knowledge this year in our class. The first four years at FCES, I spent teaching 2nd grade. This will be my second year in 1st grade and I am excited again for this opportunity! This year will also be filled with another new adventure. I am expecting my first baby boy on October 31st. In the classroom, I bring lots of enthusiasm, new ideas, and a strong belief in the theory that every child should have an equal opportunity to have success in the classroom.
