| Introduction | Mom of 2 genius children plus Lola the Lab. Married to my best friend. Sewing became my obsession when I was about 8 years old and my grandmother gave me her old sewing machine. After studying Fashion Design in college, I started my career as an assistant for a knitwear designer. After my kids were born, I taught at my local sewing machine dealer. More recently, I spent several years as Costume Director for a dance troupe, which taught me that sewing costumes is just not my bag, baby. |
