I live by the mantra of a wise friend: "The only time I'm lying on the couch is when I'm too exhausted to do anything else." That rule does NOT apply, however, to when I'm lying on the beach. Or on a bench beside the river. Or in a field beside a lake. Water is my happy place. A chill trail run is my happy pace. |
