Introduction	I have found this career fun and rewarding because it combines everything I have done in the past and more. I come from the Quantitative Analysis World. That means I love the details of the real estate transaction; and my clients really appreciate that. Before real estate, I was a Mortgage Lender for 14 years. That gives me a unique insight into helping a client find their best course of action. I am able to qualify people for their current mortgage and home value, help them explore the options and carefully craft that unique offer that gets accepted. Add to that, I get to use my decorator knack to help people realize how beautifully I can stage their homes, with their own belongings. The internet is my specialty; and my Sellers’ homes get maximum value because they are advertised everywhere. Now you just can’t beat that, a fun and rewarding business with happy clients. I've got great listening skills. I have introduced 9 couples who wound up happily married. It is not that I am psychic; it is about paying attention to what people want.
