Introduction | By profession I am a registered nurse with a four year degree from Texas Woman's University. While nursing I worked in labor and delivery, neonatal and surgery. I have two grown children a son and a daughter. Waiting on grand-child number one. I am married to the sweetest most gentle and funny man who I cherish dearly. Currently I am classified as disabled due to Multiple Sclerosis (MS). I believe nothing or anyone can steal your JOY. I also am the proud owner of a 9lb. black and white Shih Tzu named Suzy. We also have a large black lab named Gracie. My husband is a business owner and an elected official. I am a native Texan believing God is also and that is why the sun set is burnt orange. I moved to Kansas when I was 37. Being that my husband, his father, brother and our daughter are all KU Alumni I am a loyal Jayhawk fan. Not what we call "a fair weather fan". Or a "Jayhawk wanna be". We bleed crimson and blue. So...Go Hawks! Rock Chalk Jayhawks Go KU! |
