| Introduction | I'm the Ice Cream Lady. I earned this name by following my husband around the land for 7 summers to fairs, rodeos, exhibitions and jamborees; scooping ice cream from our concession stand that holds 80 flavours of premium hard ice cream. The simple act of scooping sweetness into a cone has given me a flavourful perspective on life that I might have missed otherwise. This is where I share that perspective with anyone who would like to have a taste. |
