Introduction	Carolina A Castro was born in Porto Alegre, Brasil. She is a photographer/ videographer that documents culture, environmentalism and personal or social change around the world. Her work can be found in several renowned publications around the globe,such as The Guardian, The Sydney Morning Herald, The Huffington Post, The New York Times online and many others. Carolina A Castro is best known for the work she has done with Sea Shepherd Conservation Society where she served as a photographer for over 18 months. She was first involved with this marine conservation group back in 2001 onboard the M/Y Ocean Warrior.
