Introduction	Your typical story of an American girl making her way in the world: Girl goes to college. Girl gets degree in creative writing. Girl realizes creative writing is not what one would consider "marketable." Girl goes back to school and gets a more "lucurative" degree: sociology. Girl realizes she is 0 for 2. Attracted to free travel and loan deferment, girl joins Peace Corps. (Government throws in FREE hernia surgery. YIPEE!!!!) Girl gets job with Non-Governmental Organization to do her part to save the world, while simultaneously treading path of self-discovery. Girl discovers that she does not like animals, people or the world and has little interest in saving any of the above. Attracted to loan deferment, girl decides to go to grad school.
