Introduction	I'm the mother of two boys: my first born is 19 months and my second is 6 weeks old, I'm a wife and an aspiring entrepreneur. Recently I set out to start my very first business: a franchise to be precise. This wasn't a spur of the moment decision, but one I've been contemplating my whole life. I could have done this a million years ago when there was no husband, no baby, and no real responsibilities. Why did I wait until now? Good question: I'm still trying to figure that out. Probably because like everything else I do in my life, I procrastinate! Having my son made me realize that I can't (won't) go back to my boring office job. Even worse, would be explaining to him why I do something everyday that I hate just for a paycheck. Kids do things because they want to do them, not cause they have to. I have no business education, only a mishmash of experience in various sectors and most recently, 5 years in the Federal Government. So welcome to my journey, I have a feeling it's going to get bumpy. Mommy's flying the coop!
