| Introduction | I'm just a girl who accidentally fell into and became obsessed with the beauty industry. What was supposed to be just a part time job at a makeup counter in Macy's while I was finishing up my college degree ended up turning into a true passion. My favorite brand is Benefit because of their fun-loving, care-free, tongue-in-cheek, not-so-serious attitude about makeup (but I also have an affinity for Nars, Tarte, and Urban Decay). Makeup should be about playing around and being creative, not about wearing a mask (unless it's Halloween of course). I love what I do and I can't wait to see where it takes me in life! I live in the suburbs of Seattle with my manfriend and my 2 cats, Baxter and Dexter. I went to school at Western Washington University and studied linguistics, Spanish, and psychology. I am fascinated by language and human connections. I'm in love with the great Northwest and can't imagine living anywhere else! |
