| Introduction | Hi everyone! I thought I would start a blog all about Alternative Menstrual Products (AMP). I started using AMPs in 2014 and in my last few months of using a cup and cloth, I have officially become addicted. I love the comfort and cute prints that cloth pads provide and I use a cup for swimming and other activities where a pad is inconvenient. I hope to be able to provide some information to my readers about cloth pads, cups, etc. I will be posting some reviews and answering all of your questions on my blog.
