Introduction	We started this blog to share our love of beer and food. We are constantly trying new recipes and new beers and wanted to share these ideas with our friends and families. It also help us keep track of what we liked and didn't like. This is 100% a hobby for us, we both work full time jobs and have school sprinkled in there as well. We try new recipes almost every night and are trying new beers on the weekends a few during the week. We want to support local American breweries. We first and foremost show support to those in Dallas and throughout Texas, but we are always sampling those nearby when we travel as well as other American craftbreweries throughout the year. There are about 2,000 craftbreweries in the US, accounting for about 100,000 jobs and most of these are small, family businesses.
