| Introduction | I grew up in Nova Scotia and moved to Vancouver to enjoy the beautiful outdoors climbing mountains and cycling. I am an idealist and so I've struggled to try and live a life that wasn't about money, but about living a healthy, happy lifestyle and encouraging others to do the same. I am a seamstress and a visual artist and my greatest hobby is baking.
