| Introduction | I grew up in Austin, TX and moved to Portland, OR for college almost 11 years ago. I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease (severe gluten allergy) in 2002. Since then, I've been fascinated by food and learning how to make gluten-free food delicious. I'm quite lucky to have a wonderful boyfriend that helps me find and often creates delicious GF food for me! Another major interest of mine is traveling internationally. A consequence of this traveling is learning GF options around the world... Also, I travel domestically frequently for my job, and I have learned of great restaurants along the way.
