| Introduction | I currently work as an EMT for a private medical transport company. I am an ultrarunner and a fledgling Crossfitter. I love running on the trails. I've run several 50k, two 50 miler, one 100K and four 100 mile races, the last was May 28, 2015, with one coming up at the end of August. I plan to complete many more while minimizing injury and maximizing the quality of my racing. |
