| Introduction | I started this blog when I was at quite a strange & dark time in my life, a single parent to two boys with just 3 years age difference AND with separate dads. Its been tough! I have a colourful past but actually would not change any of my experiences for it has made me the woman I am today..... and I love that woman! ME :) I have been a female health and fitness professional for nearly 10 years and my mission has always been to get women feeling confident and healthy in their own skin. I am now progressing my career and have taken the, plunge to become a midwife. I am a 'do-oer', I have dreams, I pursue them. No excuses and no doubts! I have never been a victim of my past and I want to shout out to all you women, or people trying to succeed, build a family and a career.... that it can be done and it can be done with love, confidence and quite a few hiccups along the way! |
