Introduction	After working in the field of interscholastic athletics for 20 years, I assumed the position of Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources for Saline Area Schools in September of 2011. Throughout my career, I have focused on leadership development and creating a positive culture developed through a TEAM approach. A Saline resident since grade school, I am graduate of Saline High School and Eastern Michigan University. My wife Monica, a Special Education Administrator, and I have 2 children - Caitlin, an elementary school resource room teacher and Grant, a customer engagement specialist with Hino Trucks.
