| Introduction | I believe that every woman deserves to live a purposeful, joyful life by reconnecting with her essence, the person she was born to be. After all, I've been there, done that. Following 24 years of meeting others’ expectations in a high stress career, I'm finally back in touch with the healer of mind, body and spirit I was always meant to be. I am receiving health coaching training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition™ and studying energy medicine, including Reiki and Healing Touch™. I believe in the power of intuition and synchronicity and have faith that the universe is unfolding as it should. I work with clients in-person and via phone and Skype. I also enjoy making health and wellness presentation to corporation, organizations and other interested groups. |
