| Introduction | When I was 10 I asked my father "How do I know if I'm going to heaven?" His response was, in a nutshell, sin is death-Romans 6:23. But in that same verse eternal life is through Jesus Christ. 1 Corinthains 15:1-4 - Jesus died was buried and rose again the third day according to scripture . Colossians 1:14 and Ephesians 1:7- it is by Christ's blood that I am redeemed and forgiven. And Ephesians 2:8-9, Titus 3:5 tell me that it is not by works or my righteousness. I believe this gospel given to Paul then Ephesians 1:13 I am sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise. |
