| Introduction | I am a Jamaican lawyer with an interest in governance and human rights. I've been a member of the Jamaican Bar since 1988. Prior to leaving Jamaica seven years ago, I was actively involved in human rights activism, and for a time served as Executive Director of the Independent Jamaican Council for Human Rights. Since 2004, I've been a staff attorney with the Inter American Commission on Human Rights, headquartered in Washington, DC. |
