| Introduction | I am a transplanted midwesterner from a small town outside of Chicago. I moved to Texas in 1984. I met my husband for the first time in 1986 on a blind date. We were married in Hawaii, on the island of Kauai, on April 15, 1989. We have one teenage daughter, Anna, that we adore. She is active in band, softball,church and all the social activities you would expect of a teenage girl. Our faith is very important to us and we are quite involved in our church. This blog will often times revolve around our faith and God's word and how it applies to our family. My prayer is that God can use me in some way to reach out to others through this blog. I will try not to let this blog get political but if you are interested, we are conservatives. I believe in our constitution 100%. I feel the freedom we enjoy in our country must never be taken for granted. I thank you for taking the time to read my little blog from time to time and pray that you are somehow blessed in doing so.
