Introduction	I was born and raised in a middle class Filipino Chinese family. I had a happy childhood. I was forced to grow up (emotionally) when my family decided to send me to a Chinese School in Iloilo City. Without my parents around, I learned to stand on my own. Looking back, I have no regrets because I’ve learned to be independent. I’ve learned early on that there are no freebies in this world. I can only achieve great things if I work harder. I’m a human being. I’ve fallen in and out of love. I’ve stumbled and fall. I did crazy things in the past and learned from my mistakes and blunder. I have no regrets because it made me who I am today. I’m a survivor. I’ve been through hell and back. The angel of death could only say a shy hello, even he couldn’t stop me. If I have the chance to live my life again, I’ll still choose to be, ME.
