| Introduction | I have been eating food for my entire life. I have been through many phases in my food-life: Pasta addict, fast-food junkie, broke frozen food aficionado, strict vegan, freegan, locavore etc. While through my food-journey I have realized that dogmatism is detrimental, I am very particular about eating organically grown and produced foods. I feel the majority of domestic problems would be solved if people ate only whole foods and got off the couch and back in the kitchen. I cook every day and when I'm not at home I spend a great deal of time thinking about what I will cook when I get back in the kitchen. |
