| Introduction | Hi! My name is Tara Bauman and I am the creator of Elements of Wellness, a holistic wellness center in the works!! Yes, this is just my rough draft. It is a starting point for me to brainstorm and begin to gather resources, share ideas and connect with this amazing community of people looking to enhance the body, mind and spirit. I will soon be a certified and licensed massage therapist (very soon!). I will be sure to let you all know where I land in a few short weeks. My goals include limitless elements of wellness to include therapeutic massage, biodynamic craniosacral therapy, lymphatic drainage, Reiki, Zero Balancing, healthy eating, exercise and many other things I have yet to discover.
