Introduction	We are a group of gardening enthusiasts at SouthPark Christian Church in Charlotte, North Carolina (www.southparkchristian.net). We are affiliated with The Friendship Gardens Collaboration. Our goals are to supply ourselves with the produce we grow, and also share our bounty with Friendship Trays, a non-profit organization that prepares over 750 meals every day, and provides for the less fortunate through various other benevolent organizations in our area.
