Introduction	As a geographer first and foremost, I've decided to quit my dream job at National Geographic in Washington, D.C. and go travel the world, getting a feel for the people and places of the world. I'm starting with baby steps, moving home to my parent's place in Dunedin, New Zealand . . . then going further afield, wandering through Asia, Africa, and Europe.
