Peter G Levine
Introduction | I've been involved in stroke-specific research since the late 90's. My interest revolves around techniques that drive neuroplastic change in both stroke survivors and everyone else. I wrote the book Stronger After Stroke and write a monthly column on stroke recovery for ADVANCE for Physical Therapy and Rehab Medicine. I've co-authored many stroke-specific journal articles as well as many articles in magazines, websites and blogs. I also do seminars throughout the US covering stroke rehabilitation and neuroplasticity. You can find out about those by clicking on the "Where's Pete?" link on the blog sidebar. I am currently a consultant for the Neuromotor Recovery and Rehabilitation Laboratory and I've been a research associate in the University of Cincinnati Academic Medical Center. Before coming to the University of Cincinnati, I was a research associate at the Human Performance & Motion Analysis Laboratory at Kessler Rehabilitation Research and Education Corporation, the research arm of the Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation. |
