| Introduction | I am, so they tell me, wildly opinionated, tactful like a metal baseball bat, absurd, frequently sleep-deprived, and inconveniently creative. You, imaginary readers, can thank Joe and Brandy for the existence of this blog, because apparently my other rant outlets aren't sufficient. Which is easier to make a model airplane out of and why: a banana peel or a wet sock?
Does this model have to fly? Either way, I'm going with the banana peel. It's easier to fold, and you're starting with flat(ish)planes in relatively angular shapes. With a wet sock, you have a tube of fabric, which is more malleable, but less likely to maintain a shape.
