Introduction	Life is short & the past 7 years has shown me how precious life just is. Not just to us but to everyone on this earth! It has shown me the importance of reaching out to others & not being so caught up in our everyday lives, that we forget others less fortunate, who really need us. They need us to just hug, sit with, love unconditionally, help big or small, accept no matter what, not forget, include where possible, & the list goes on. Most importantly I have come to realize to not forget others. It's not easy in this busy life we live. I am learning to slow down & smell the flowers, watch the birds, grow our own food, listen, laugh more & just be ready - ready for anything, I am learning to SMILE more & that's not always easy in this life we have now. But I feel better when I do. I feel better when I laugh with my man & those we love. I feel healthier some how :) All in all - I am learning to be calmer, more accepting, & despite the tears that come with it & the down days, I am beginning to live - differently but it's NICE.
