Introduction My life has just started today. Juggling many roles simultaneously often sets my mind off track. But silently I promised myself to write. And write and keep writing. I have many thoughts to share with all and I will make many characters known to all through my writings...Simple folks yet charismatic, God fearing yet overpowering the obstacles with Godlike power...yes I have many stories to tell. I write short stories and want to publish my short story collection. I want to translate in English my maternal grandfather, Jyotirindra Nandi's literary work. He was hailed as most influential literary figure in Bengali Literature for almost three decades and often crowned as the master of style and technique. And about me.... Life is a process of excavation. I am still endeavouring to search, find and fathom myself- what am I? what do I want from life? what do I think about the world? what are my wishes? Everyday my answers to myself are changing.
