Introduction	We are a group in an English 103 class. We have read Breath Eyes Memory, which brings in the issues of racism, patriarchy, sexism, and oppression. We have been asked to make connections between the book and the real world. The then and the now. And now we are doing research on a subject of our choice that connects with the terms above. As a group we decided to focus on the other point of view. The people in power who have the control and can even oppress a certain group. These people are called the Illuminati.
