Introduction	I have always been interested in the natural world, but generally thought that you could only see the more interesting bits of it on the BBC. I love visiting the west coast of Scotland and all that it has to offer. However, I eventually discovered that you can have exciting wildlife encounters right on your doorstep too. I have lived in Oxfordshire for twenty years. A few years ago I converted our outside loo into an office.
