| Introduction | My grandmother, Mimi, was the Grand Dame of manners, and kept me by her side. I learned so much from her! In 2001 I went to The Protocol School of Washington and was trained as an etiquette consultant. In May 2008 I attended The Etiquette and Leadership Institute in Athens, Georgia. Etiquette is a bunch of rules; but manners come from the heart. There's no greater reward than seeing a young person realize the value of good manners. I like to think of manners as tools for life! |
