| Introduction | അക്ഷരങ്ങളെയും വാക്കുകളെയും സ്നേഹിച്ചു തുടങ്ങിയിട്ട് കുറച്ചു നാളുകളെ ആയിട്ടുള്ളു. ഒരുപാട് വായിക്കാൻ ഇഷ്ട്ടം. ഒരു "ഗൾഫ്" കുട്ടിയായത് കൊണ്ട് നോസ്റ്റാൽജിക് ഓർമ്മകൾ വളരെ കുറവാണ് . എന്നാലും എവിടെയൊക്കെയോ ഓർമ്മകോണുകളിൽ ചില മഞ്ചാടികുരുക്കൾ ചിതറി കിടപ്പുണ്ട്. എനിക്ക് നേരിട്ട് പരിചയമില്ലാത്ത ഒരു വ്യക്തിയുടെ അകാലത്തിലുള്ള വിടവാങ്ങലാണ് എന്നെ എഴുത്തിലേക്ക് തിരിച്ചത്. അത് വരെ വായന മാത്രമേ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നോളു. മനസ്സിലേക്ക് ഓടിയും പതിഞ്ഞതും കേറി വരുന്ന ചിന്തകളെ പെറുക്കിക്കൂട്ടി സൂക്ഷിച്ചു വെക്കാനൊരിടം, ആതാണെനിക്ക് ഇന്ദ്രചാപം.
