| Introduction | A Psychologist from the University of BA with a Postgraduate in “Development of HR”, I work internationally implementing Leadership and Team Development programs for global companies. Supporting partners in the design of customer-specific programs helps me staying close to specific emerging needs. I take my industrial experience from one of the leading packaging companies in Switzerland, and served International Luxury Brands and Pharmaceutical companies. I enjoyed managing international projects with both cross-cultural and cross-functional teams. I like dealing with complex team dynamics and cultural challenges. Working as a consultant and executive coach with industries in the field of banking, pharmaceuticals, insurance, state defense, automotive, food & beverages, chemicals, education, communications, transport and construction provides me with the diversity I need to thrive.
