| Introduction | I am a 25 year old Minnesota native replanted in NYC in June 2009. I moved to the big city to follow my love for dance. After receiving a degree in dance from UC-Boulder in May and relocating to the other side of the country, I have not only fallen in love with the world of dance but also the world of unique and fantastic food. My other love for nutrition wonderfully binds my two passions of dance and food into an exploration of healthy living here in the city. I have been eating out, cooking at home, experimenting with new ingredients and wandering through the local farmer's markets to stay on top of what is in season. As of March 2011 I have started a journey away from NYC and into Minneapolis before heading back to Boulder and then Europe! Follow my journey of food and nutrition through these various cities! |
