| Introduction | I feel qualified to write a blog about weight management, cooking and nutrition. Having developed over 85 sugar free food products plus many non-sugar free, I feel that I have demonstrated skills in this area. I have tried or used nearly all of the sugar substitutes, and functional ingredients available. I have done organic manufacturing. I am familiar with marketing and distribution in the food business and have exhibited in over 100 shows, and done many product demos in fine food stores all over the country. I am fortunate in knowing experts in food technology, diabetes management, FDA requirements, product development and marketing. |
