| Introduction | I have Hypermobile Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, Dysautonomia, Hashimoto's and am currently undergoing testing for Mitochondrial Disease. Two of my three young adult children also have EDS. In addition to EDS, one of them has microscopic colitis, POTS, Hashimoto's and hypoglycemia. Clearly, we have a lot on our plate. I seem to spend a lot of time navigating the health care and insurance systems. I will write about my experiences with those things and our everyday life with dealing with chronic illness. |
