| Introduction | I hate intros, I really do. You'd think that after 43 years of being a musician that I'd be used to it. Its soo much easier when others are doing it for you. I am 50 years old and live with a rare condition called CVID(class 1A) which is a Primary Immune System Disease, something I was born with and I have fought it all of my life. I have had a full life however, and my friends always say I put 3 lives in 1, and that I did. I never let moss grow under my feet much and love to travel until recently. I don't know what this blog will be about, but since CVID is considered rare, I hope I can help anyone out there looking for answers or support. One great place to get answers if you are new to CVID as a patient or caregiver is http://primaryimmune.org/. They are a wealth of information and they also have chat boards that include many different PID discussions from many of us that have been through the maze of this disease. I highly recommend them. I am here to give my opinions and also offer what my life is like, as every day is affected by CVID, both good and bad. |
