| Introduction | Susan Meyerhoff Sharples is an international artist based in the UK. She continues her professional practice from studios on the Wirral Peninsular, working to commissions, exhibitions and residencies. She is a Fellow of Wirral Art School and a Batchelor of Arts with honours, first class from John Moores University, Liverpool, UK. Her career includes freelance Artist Educator at Tate Gallery Liverpool, Wirral Metropolitan College and Williamson Art Gallery, Wirral. An interdisciplinary artist, predominantly a sculptor, her work is concerned with evolutionary processes, principally the primal instinct for survival achieved via diversity, mutation and adaptation.
