Introduction	I'm not a blogger, I'm not a writer, and I'm not a chef. I am a food experimenter, and a few other things. I don't follow recipes so much as use them as guides. Now, I know I'm not different there, but I am having fun actually writing down my experiments these days, and thought I might as well share them with people other than my family.
