Introduction	Mumtazoon means 'many excellences' in Arabic, and Mumtaz was the name of the empress the Taj Mahal was built for. Vivre is a French word used in the phrase 'joie de vivre,' which means the joy of living, but in a more active, engaging sense than the direct English translation. When I read the nonsensical phrase mumtazoon vivre, I think of the many excellences and wonders of really living and loving life. I believe in this because I believe striving for the excellent and wonderful is what will cure the bad. I am studying to be a nurse, a yoga aficionada, and family and friend devotee. I work at a cancer research facility and I buy an absurd amount of vegetables for one person each week. I take great care with my body and mind, but I am not rigid.
