| Introduction | Im a woman on a mission. I see how our country is moving into an epidemic. I am one of the first generation of kids who might not out live my parents and am raising two fantastic kids who belong to a generation that statistically wont live longer than my husband and I. I want so much for my family not to suffer with obesity and yo yo diets and to live a life filled with adventure and wellness. Follow me on my journey to health and wellness.
